Main scope of work:

Major drywall repairs, prime and paint all doors, frames, windows and trim throughout with a Urethane Trim Enamel Provided by Sherwin Williams. An excellent product for durability as well as a beautiful finish in a satin sheen. All walls were repaired and finished with Emerald Interior Acrylic latex in a Matte Finish which brightened up the whole place and provided a soft and relaxing warmth to the atmosphere of the home.

Main Walls: Emerald Interior Acrylic Latex, Matte Finish, Colour: ‘White Duck’

Bathroom walls: Emerald Interior Acrylic Latex, Matte Finish, Colour: ‘Rocky River’

Special Note: Furniture Refinishing

The dining room table and chairs were also refinished. We took them from original golden oak to a Combination of walnut for the table top with a satin finish solid purple for the table, legs, and chairs. Seat cushions and covers were purchased online to finish off the set for a comfortable and modern look
